DESCRIPTION:A Fundraiser for Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS) \nBuilding on the success of last year’s Busking for Survivors\, Métis leader/activist/elder Tony Belcourt will again bring together Indigenous and Non-Indigenous buskers\, singer/songwriters & recording artists featuring: \nSpecial Guest Appearance: Amanda Rheaume; Kevin Schofield – The Tennessee Cree; Dynamic Fiddleground & Aurora Jade;\nShane Belcourt\, roots-rock songwriter; Political folk recording artist Christophe Elie; and multi-talented musician/teacher Ken Kanwisher. \nIndigenous Food and Craft Fair: 1–6 pm\, United Church Social Hall. \nSpecial thanks to the Almonte United Church for supporting this step towards Reconciliation. \nComplimentary tickets are available for IRS Survivors and discounts for those with limited income.
